Just a place for me to hoot and holler about things I'm interested in.
A little about me.

Hi there everyone! My name's Daniel and I'm a 25 y.o. male down here in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. I attend Florida Atlantic University and I'm a history major. I'm looking forward to writing boring books for your kids and mine! Here's some things I'm interested in.... 1) History. I love history. I find it fascinating to read about what people did when confronted with life's problems and I find it very relevent to our lives today. My favorite periods are the American Civil War and World War II. 2) Politics. Can't get enough! I love discussing and debating issues. I'm a huge Republican and I have the tattoo to prove it! I'm very active locally in the Broward County Young Republicans and volunteered a lot of time to re-electing Pres. Bush. I can't wait for '06 because here in FL we get to pick a new governor because Jeb Bush can't run again. I can't stand liberal thinking but that doesn't mean I don't have liberal friends. 3) NASCAR. Vrrroooommmm! I love NASCAR immensely. My room resembles a racing museum of sorts. As a kid this was the sport my dad grew me up on. So even though I'm a young fan in age I have the old school NASCAR fan's mentality. I can't stand the Chase for the Championship bullshit. As far as I'm concerned Jeff Gordon won the championship and Kurt Busch is just a lucky chump-ass punk. My favortie driver is Joe Nemechek #01. Go Army!!! I like him because he's not one of these lucky ass young guys. He had to race his way to the top series and didn't recieve any slack. Also he's from Lakeland, FL so I like cheering for a fellow native Floridian. Well, that's about all I can think of right now. I hope everyone enjoys my thoughts and gets to laugh a little and maybe learn a little something!

What's your definition of liberal thinking?

By liberal, I mean politically liberal. Basically anything relating to the Democratic Party.
